This policy explains what personal data Singapore Stays collects, why, who can see it and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible
Singapore Stays is operated by 360INT Media Co. Ltd., which is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and other laws that apply to us.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address when you sign in.
- Booking details: stay, dates, number of guests, messages with the host, and a phone number if you give one.
- Host details: listing information, photos, prices, the private street address and exact location of the stay, licence or registration number, and payout details if you join the partner programme.
- Usage data: pages viewed, searches (reduced to non-personal fields such as dates and area), device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address.

3. How we use it
- to run the site and your account;
- to send, confirm, change and cancel bookings, and to pass the necessary details to the host;
- to send service emails about your bookings and listings;
- to prevent fraud and misuse and keep the site secure;
- to understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics);
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may store and process data outside your country. We use providers that apply recognised safeguards to protect personal data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account and booking data while your account is active and as long as needed for bookings, disputes and legal, tax or accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or pseudonymous form.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent you have given, or ask us to delete your account. Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We will reply within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity. We may keep some data where the law requires it.
9. Security
We protect personal data with access controls, encrypted connections and by limiting who can see what. Private details such as a stay's exact address and guests' contact details are readable only by the people who need them. No system is completely secure; tell us at once if you notice a problem.
10. Children
Singapore Stays is not intended for children. You must be 18 or older to book or list a stay.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
