1. Who we are

Singapore Stays (singapore-stays.com) is operated by 360INT Media Co. Ltd. ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

By using Singapore Stays, creating an account, sending a booking request or listing a stay, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we do

Singapore Stays is a marketplace. We help guests understand where to stay in Singapore and connect them with stays listed by independent hosts, such as hotels, serviced apartments and other accommodation providers.

We are not the host and do not own, manage or inspect the stays listed. The accommodation contract is between the guest and the host. Area guides and comparisons are general guidance written by us; travel times and scores are approximate and are not guarantees.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, book or list a stay.

Keep your account details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

4. Booking requests and bookings

Some stays can be booked instantly; others need the host to accept your request. A booking is confirmed only when you see the confirmation on the site.

Prices are shown in Singapore dollar (SGD). Prices in other currencies are approximate conversions for orientation only.

At present we do not take payment for stays. The host confirms the booking and arranges payment with you directly. Only pay through the methods the host confirms in your booking, and be careful with unexpected payment requests.

Check-in and check-out times, house rules and the exact address are set by the host. The exact address is shared after booking, once the free cancellation period has ended.

5. Cancellations and changes

Each stay shows its cancellation policy (for example flexible, moderate or strict). The host's policy applies to your booking. Ask the host for the exact terms before you book if anything is unclear.

If a host cancels or a stay is not as described, contact the host first and tell us as well. We will try to help, but the host is responsible for the stay.

6. Hosts

If you list a stay, you confirm that:

• you have the right to offer it and the information, photos and prices you provide are accurate and kept up to date;
• the stay holds every licence, permit and registration required in Singapore for the stays you offer, including any minimum-stay rules, and you alone are responsible for complying with them;
• you handle your own taxes, insurance, safety obligations and guest payments;
• you honour confirmed bookings, your cancellation policy and your house rules.

Hosts pay Singapore Stays a commission on completed bookings as agreed when listing (standard rate 12.5%). Guests pay no Singapore Stays service fee unless one is shown before booking.

We may refuse, hide or remove a listing, or suspend an account, if we believe these terms or the law are not being followed.

7. Licences and registrations

Singapore Stays is a marketplace that connects guests with independent hosts. Each host confirms that their accommodation holds the licences and registrations Singapore requires and follows the applicable rules. Singapore Stays does not verify these registrations and takes no responsibility for a host's compliance. If in doubt, ask the host before you book.

A licence or registration number shown on a listing was provided by the host. We do not check it against official records.

8. Partners and referral links

Some visitors reach Singapore Stays through partners of the 360INT Partner Network. A referral link may be remembered in your browser for 30 days so the partner can be credited for a booking. Partners receive the booking reference and status only, never your name or contact details. A referral does not change your price.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to mislead, defraud or harass anyone, to list stays you are not allowed to offer, to collect other users' data, to copy content in bulk or to interfere with the site's operation.

10. Third-party content and services

The site shows maps (OpenStreetMap data), 3D tours from tour providers and links to other websites. These are provided by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of hosts or guests, for the condition, safety or legality of any stay, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Bookings already confirmed stay under the terms that applied when they were made.
